Operand considers everything—competitor pricing, ad strategy, inventory, and more—to ensure businesses maximize profit. And unlike other AI solutions, every Operand result is verified by human experts, including ex-MBB consultants, so you get actual impact, not just AI hype. OneText is disrupting SMS marketing and payments. We win incremental sales for direct to consumer brands by making every purchase as effortless as paying with your hotel room number. OneText shoppers literally reply and buy with one text. In our first year, we’ve onboarded 50 fast-growing e-commerce brands and have added as much as 14% in incremental revenue to their bottom lines. In March, we generated $597,000 dollars in payments. In April, we’ll book $50,000 dollars in revenue. Founders Jonathan Fudem/CEO and Daniel Brain/CTO met at PayPal Checkout where we designed and launched some of the world’s best checkout experiences. We left PayPal to build a payments company that actually helps merchants acquire customers and win sales. The CMO of our largest customer, a $90M clothing brand, says we have revolutionized marketing for his company, and are, quote: “the best thing that’s happened to SMS marketing in forever.” We are excited to share what you can do with OneText.

Imagine a beverage company sold $100k worth of goods to Whole Foods & only got paid $60k. The deducted $40k comes in hundreds of long PDF’s with obscure codes that a team has to manually review every single one of to ensure the fees are valid. A % of these fees are always invalid and brands have to go through a lengthy process to get back money owed to them. We automate this whole process - saving a brand dozens of hours a week & recouping them 2-3% of their topline sales. Our vision is to become an AI BPO for retail brands.

Digitalcarbon transforms ordinary images and videos into interactive, photorealistic 3D environments. The founders were the first and second hires at a previous YC company AssemblyAI, and have more than 8 years of experience building AI models. Creating immersive 3D experiences typically requires complex equipment and suffers from slow rendering speeds. This has limited the adoption of 3D technology across various industries. Digitalcarbon fixes that, eliminating the need for specialized equipment and dramatically accelerating the rendering process. Our technology enables applications across various industries: * Real estate: Creating virtual property tours that feel remarkably lifelike * E-commerce: Providing interactive 3D product visualizations to boost consumer experience * Tourism: Helping tourist businesses attract more travelers with immersive virtual previews * Drone mapping and inspection: Enhancing aerial surveys and structural assessments with detailed 3D models Think Unreal Engine meets Matterport with no hardware, but faster, editable, and more accessible for businesses of all sizes.

    PlayAbly
    Y Combinator LogoS2019
    Active • 5 employees
PlayAbly turns ignored touchpoints into mini-games that capture attention, drive action, and generate real-time first-party data—across eCommerce, B2B funnels, restaurants, and in-store retail. As attention spans shrink to six seconds, brands can't afford lifeless popups, forms, or landing pages. We replace them with gamified conversion layers—quizzes, swipe games, stackers—that perform like performance marketing. At Unity, our founding team helped personalize gameplay and ads for over 2 billion users. Now, we're bringing that behavioral insight to brand engagement, building a no-code platform where anyone can launch PlayAbly experiences in minutes. Think: instead of a "Spin to Win," a match-3 game that sells your product, segments your audience, and gets 4× the opt-ins. Why now? Retargeting costs are up. Email/SMS open rates are down. And today’s customers are conditioned by the dopamine loops of TikTok and mobile games. Generic funnels can’t compete—but interactive ones can. PlayAbly is already driving results: Classkick (B2B): 5× ROI, 3× higher email open rates Skout Snacks (DTC): 7× ROI, 20% higher AOV, 4× opt-in rates 89% of previously lost sessions re-engaged through PlayAbly games We monetize on a usage + performance model, enabling fast adoption and deep long-term value. We're building a new category: AI-powered gamification that converts attention into intent, on any surface where customers meet brands. https://www.playably.ai

If it isn’t bad enough that smokers don’t realize the scientific facts about nicotine, most non-tobacco nicotine products are poorly designed and unappealing to use. The leading gum is sold like a pharmaceutical drug, with flavoring and packaging to match. Vapes provide a cumbersome, over-the-top experience — with use as tightly restricted as cigarette smoking itself, but more juvenile, conspicuous, and highly addictive. People want, and deserve, a better way. Therefore, we want to deliver nicotine users a superior experience, and at the same time give them a way to transition out of feeling dependent. In a better society, people wouldn’t carry around the sensation that they’re stuck with an involuntary habit. Our mission isn’t to encourage nicotine use among people who haven’t started. Unlike certain vapes or other products, ours isn’t the sort coveted by underage users on social media. Our mission is to alleviate the harm related to tobacco — first and foremost, by switching people away from the most harmful products. So, at Lucy, we take an evidence based view of nicotine. Nicotine’s pleasurable properties make it an inevitable part of modern society. Therefore, minimizing harm in all nicotine products is key, in addition to giving people products and strategies for cessation. We feel that, as 1,300 people are dying of tobacco related illnesses every day in the US, the most important and immediate step toward a better society is giving nicotine consumers products they enjoy using that will cause less harm. Our first product is designed to appeal to smokers and encourage them to switch. And, looking ahead, we hope to secure approval in the future as a clinically proven smoking cessation aid, while continuing to participate in the FDA’s public hearings around how NRTs are best regulated. Our goals are simple: because harm reduction is a better strategy around nicotine delivery than abstinence or prohibition, we want to help improve public health — and reduce its costs — through a superior pure nicotine product.

Zoko: The Ultimate WhatsApp Commerce Solution for Shopify Merchants WHY ZOKO IS THE GAME-CHANGING PLATFORM EVERY SHOPIFY MERCHANT NEEDS Shopify merchants face a critical challenge: while they've built amazing online stores, they're missing out on the world's largest messaging platform where customers actually want to shop. Zoko solves this by seamlessly integrating WhatsApp commerce capabilities with your existing Shopify infrastructure. THE UNTAPPED OPPORTUNITY THAT'S COSTING YOU SALES Consider this: 175 million people message businesses on WhatsApp daily - that's more engagement than Amazon generates. With 100 million merchants already using WhatsApp for business globally, those not leveraging this channel are falling behind competitors who are capturing sales directly through conversations. PROVEN SUCCESS FORMULA Zoko's founders didn't just theorize about WhatsApp commerce - they lived it. Starting with their own ecommerce business entirely on WhatsApp, they scaled to 200,000 engaged followers who eagerly purchased products through weekly WhatsApp updates. When other businesses began paying for access to their "WhatsApp sales tools," they knew they'd discovered something revolutionary. THE $50 BILLION MARKET OPPORTUNITY The WhatsApp commerce market represents over $50 billion annually - a massive revenue stream that traditional ecommerce platforms can't access. For Shopify merchants, this means untapped customers, higher engagement rates, and sales happening through the world's most trusted messaging platform. COMPLETE SALES, MARKETING & SUPPORT INTEGRATION Zoko transforms WhatsApp into a comprehensive business channel, enabling Shopify merchants to: - Convert conversations directly into sales - Run targeted marketing campaigns through WhatsApp - Provide instant customer support where customers prefer to communicate - Build deeper customer relationships through personalized messaging THE FUTURE OF COMMERCE IS CONVERSATIONAL WhatsApp represents the internet for the next billion users entering the digital economy. Zoko positions itself as the "Shopify for WhatsApp merchants," giving existing Shopify store owners the tools to dominate this emerging channel before competitors realize its potential. For Shopify merchants serious about growth, Zoko isn't just another tool - it's the bridge to the next generation of ecommerce where conversations convert to sales.

Channel3 is building a database of every product on the internet. Google and OpenAI maintain vast product graphs, but keep that valuable data to themselves. Channel3 gives every developer access, opening a world of possibility for new shopping experiences across any vertical. For instance, developers could build AI fashion stylists or give their agents shopping capabilities. We don’t just collect product data; we actually understand it. With the latest image classification and reasoning models, we can match products across merchants—even when listings and images differ—recognize variants, and surface the perfect matches for every search. As we grow, we’ll capture unique insights into what users want, click, and buy. As AI models get smarter and cheaper, our flywheel accelerates: our catalog will improve, and it will be even easier for developers and vibe-coders to build on our infrastructure. To further incentivize building on Channel3, we provide built-in monetization; developers earn commissions on sales they drive. Alex discovered this need while building an AI tutor that could recommend products and earn affiliate revenue. When no solution existed, he persuaded his smartest friend from Duke and former co-founder George to leave Palantir and build Channel3 together.

E-commerce brands rely on disconnected, outdated systems to manage everything after the buy button. From fulfillment and inventory to returns, customer support, and shipment tracking, post-purchase operations are messy, manual, and expensive to scale. Zimi replaces the tangle of disconnected tools with one intelligent system that runs everything after the buy button. Despite billions spent on e-commerce tech, post-purchase operations remain a black hole—leading to delays, unhappy customers, and skyrocketing support costs. Legacy ERPs are slow, customer service tools are reactive, and logistics platforms don’t connect to CX systems—forcing brands to patch things together with manual work and multiple tools. Zimi solves this with a single platform that connects 147+ tools and sales channels to centralize data, automate workflows, and power AI agents that proactively resolve issues before customers even ask. Brands use Zimi to route orders intelligently, manage inventory across multiple 3PLs, reduce returns friction, and deliver world-class customer experiences—without the operational chaos. We built Zimi after watching high-growth brands lose time, money, and trust trying to scale with tools that were never designed to work together. Our founding team has deep experience across e-commerce, logistics, and SaaS, and we're building the post-purchase infrastructure every modern brand will need to compete.

Getting clothes tailor-made is very common in India, especially for women. Saree blouses have to be tailor-made always due to their fitted nature & the non-stretchiness of typical Indian fabrics. The tailoring market however, hasn't evolved at all. It is highly fragmented with a low NPS. The end user experience demands a significant amount of the customer's time, involving visits to a physical shop & avoidable back & forth. This is increasingly unviable for busy urban Indian women. We make it super easy by letting women place an order online, get fitted at the comfort of their homes, help them with styling their fabric & deliver the made-to-measure clothes directly to their doorstep.

SureBright lets e-commerce merchants embed "Apple Care” like product warranties into their checkout flows in less than 10 minutes. Our AI-powered warranty platform generates incremental revenue and boosts customer loyalty at zero cost to the merchant. Sanket led engineering at PolicyBazar, an insurance tech company that IPOed and is valued at over $8B. Manish worked at Amazon and has built $100M ARR products, handling over 180B requests per day. Until now, finding the right policy for any product and pricing it at the right price wasn’t possible at scale. We automated this process using LLM and have unlocked a $50B+ opportunity. Each month, over 5 million consumers view SureBright warranty offers.
