What you will work on?

You will be joining us in this 1-100 journey, building the best AI tutor platform out of India (likes of Duolingo). So there is tons of UX, personalisation, gamification, complex problems, and new ideas to work upon that comes along.

Requirements:

• 2-4 yrs of experience in building high quality mobile apps (using React native)
• Have handled various mobile app challenges like - performance, optimized app builds, etc.
• Strong understanding of native Android development - writing bridges, widgets, own libraries, etc.
• Can build high quality UI and basic animations
• Strong programming and software engineering principles
• Bonus - Worked on iOS with React native

Responsibilities:

• Build high quality mobile app in a lean team.
• Lead various initiatives end to end - delivering features, store deployments, performance, push notifications, etc.
• We thrive on smooth communication, ownership and agility. It’s a must.

Compensation:

Experience wise: 16 to 25LPA. Plus esops for the right candidate.

Your resume will be short listed as per your skills and prior internships. After this, an introductory call will be set.

Introductory call (15 min) - Discussion on your work in detail. You may ask relevant questions. Depending upon the depth of skillset, the next steps will be discussed.

Round 1: Assignment, 2 days - To evaluate how well you can build mobile app with best practices and implementation choices.

Round 2, F2F, 1hr -Fundamental programming and understanding of JS/TS concepts.
Round 3, F2F 1hr - Solution designing for various mobile app problem statements.
