Operations & Finance Associate, Part-Time

As a Student Assistant supporting our Operations Lead, you will help streamline day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience building systems at a fast-growing startup. • Supporting the Operations Lead with critical administrative and operational tasks
• Contributing to projects across finance, HR, and general operations
• Helping build and document scalable processes as the company grows
• Learning how a startup operates behind the scenes while making a real impact

To solve these challenges you will:

• Assist with financial tasks including expense tracking, invoice processing, and data entry
• Support vendor coordination and contract administration
• Help maintain and organize operational documentation and internal wikis
• Conduct research on tools, processes, and operational best practices
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
• Take on ad-hoc projects that help the company run more smoothly

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to figure things out as you go
• Some understanding of startup financials and accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Interest in startups, operations, or business administration
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, or similar)
• Comfort with excel and spreadsheets
